ZCLY series movable four-season dehumidifiers are dehumidification combination of dry cooling and drying of the honeycomb rotor. They are suitable for temporary site of special painting operation all the year round. Dehumidification rely on cooling while the rotor subsidiary in summer; combined dehumidification in transition season; drying of the rotor is taken as the key link in winter.
Refrigerating system is air-cooled of ZCLY serials movable four-season dehumidifiers, the air-cooled fan adopts the import screw compressor so as to save power and improve operating stability of the unit. The dried air should be pre-processed by the evaporator, and then further dried by the rotor according to required conditions.
ZCLY series movable four-season dehumidifiers can make the processed air reach required target which is 20-32 temperature and less than or equal to 45% relative humidity, while its conditions is -5-40 temperature and 50-99% relative humidity before processing. The condenser of the unit is air-cooled copper tube with aluminum plate, and the evaporator is direct copper tube with aluminum plate. Four operating status to be selected by client is General Refrigerating, Combination of Drying of the Rotor and Wet Cooling, General Drying of the Rotor, and Drying of the Rotor and Heating. The unit uses PLC automatic program running, which can meet with every status request.
