Kinds of Dehumidify Mode

1. Frozen Dehumidification

Freeze the temperature of the air below dew point, and then discharge moisture after condensation

It is effective in the field of dew point between 8 and 10

2. Constringent Dehumidification

Compress and freeze wet air then discharge moisture.

It is effective in the small airflow field, but disagree large airflow.

3. Solid Adsorbed Dehumidification

Moisture is absorbed in solid adsorbent by hydroxyl groups.

It can debase dow point, but the equipment should larger when the absorbent area large.

4. Liquid Adsorbed Dehumidification

Moisture is absorbed by spray of Lithium Chloride solution.

5.Desiccated Dehumidification

Lamella which dipping absorbent are machined to honey matrix rotor. It dehumidifies though aeration.

The dehumidify structure is simple. It is able to attain below -50 D.P. by special combination.

Fitting Range

Principle

It continuously provides dry air. DRYAIR uses high capacity desiccated dehumidifiers which use honeycomb matrix of the desiccant rotor.

When the honeycomb matrix rotor is rotating, it repeated dehumidify continuously. It has no influence on air flow and continuously provides super low dew point dry air.

Honeycomb Matrix Rotor

The patent SSCR silica gel rotor is the heart of the DRY AIR dehumidifiers. To ensure dehumidifier rotor though large airflow can hard without power. The key is design and manufacture.

SSCR rotor made of ceramic fiber paper as a substratum. Ceramic paper is formed into honeycomb shape structure through the corrugation forming and winding process with an inorganic binder. As a result, SSCR can be used even under 100%RH air condition without falling out and distortion. It can be securely used for about ten years with stable performance, and washed off and reused. There area great deal of channels aperture in rotor axes. When process air through channels aperture, the vapor can be absorbed by silicate hydroxyl groups and the resulting dry air is delivered.

Structure

Principle

This system uses honeycomb matrix desiccant rotor. The rotor is constantly and very slowly rotated at an optimum rotation speed between 8 and 18 revolutions per hour for the condition by a geared motor. The dehumidification is repeated continuously. So continuously provide dry air.

The desiccant rotor is divided into a process and a reactivation zones. Moisture in the air is adsorbed and dried air is discharge from the process outlet by the process fan.

The rotor adsorbed moisture is rotated into the reactivation zone before it is saturated. Simultaneously, the reactivation air is drawn from the counter side and is heated and enters the reactivation zone of the rotor. This cycle of operation is continuously conducted.

The reactivation air can be heated by steam or electric heaters.

1. Super low humidity dry air can easily achieve

It can continuously provide super low humidity dry air, which dew point is below 6 , which the frozen dehumidification can hardly deal with, and cost is low.

Simple structure and easy drive part. It just needs desiccant rotor, reactivation heater and supply fan can provide dry air, so it is easy operation. Aside, it belongs to desiccant dehumidifiers , does not need adding hydroxyl groups. Easy operation and maintenance, and low running and maintenance cost.

In clean air condition, desiccant rotor capacity can never decrease or degenerate. It can run all the year.

Various applications from standard-serial for common use, to low-humidify serial for super low humidify dry air. The unit has various complete kinds, which can be same with various different using conditions.

Because using activated silica gel or and molecular sieve, which is innocuous and flavorless , the dehumidifier in using process is safe, not pollute and clean, without elegant powder or corrosion , in addition , it is sterilize. It is special used in pharmaceutical, food and biology chemical vocations.
